These terms explain the rules for using SpeakEnglishPro. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. About SpeakEnglishPro
SpeakEnglishPro (“we”, “us”) is an online platform for practicing English, available at speakenglishpro.com. Our courses use artificial intelligence (AI) to correct your answers and give you feedback.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your account
You agree to give accurate information when you register (name, email, native language, country and field of work). Your account is personal: do not share your login with other people. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away at support@speakenglishpro.com if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Credits
• 1 credit = 1 AI correction of one sentence.
• After you verify your email, you receive 20 free credits, one time only.
• Paid plans give you a number of credits every 30 days. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money.
5. Paid plans and payments
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Patreon. Patreon processes your payment; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your Patreon account. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may change our prices in the future; we will announce any change before it applies to you.
6. AI feedback
Our corrections, scores and tips are generated automatically by AI. They are designed to help you learn, but they can sometimes be incomplete or wrong. SpeakEnglishPro is a practice tool: it does not give official certificates or guarantee a specific result, level or exam score.
7. Acceptable use
When you use SpeakEnglishPro, you agree not to:
• share, sell or resell your account or our content;
• copy, download or republish our lessons, audio or exercises outside the site;
• try to get credits or access you did not pay for, or try to get around our systems;
• use robots, scripts or automated tools on the site;
• send offensive, illegal or harmful content in your answers or messages.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. Our content
All courses, lessons, sentences, audio, images and texts on SpeakEnglishPro belong to us or to our partners. You may use them only for your own personal learning.
9. Your answers and recordings
When you type an answer or record your voice, we send it to our AI provider to create your correction. You keep your rights to what you say and write; you allow us to process it only to give you feedback and to save your scores and progress. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Availability of the service
We work to keep SpeakEnglishPro available and working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption or errors. We may update, change or remove courses and features to improve the service.
11. Limitation of liability
SpeakEnglishPro is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost opportunities, linked to your use of the site. If we are found responsible for a problem, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
12. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@speakenglishpro.com. Remember to also cancel your Patreon subscription if you have one.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will show it on the site or tell you by email. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
